沈军于1993年获得加拿大滑铁卢大学的计算机科学博士学位，并于2000年获得美国南加州大学马歇尔商学院的高级mba学位。在过去的35年中，他一直在许多重要的学术领域任教，担任信息技术，卫星电信和卫星导航领域的技术和管理职位。目前，沈军博士是中国卫星导航办公室（csno）国际合作中心副主任；他还担任北京合众思壮科技股份有限公司首席科学家，该公司是中国领先的gnss技术公司之一；此外，他还是浙江大学航空航天学院的联合教授，上海交通大学卫星导航关键技术实验室的高级顾问，以及北京航空航天大学和电子科技大学的客座教授。在国际上，沈军士曾在许多专业委员会任职，例如国际民航组织导航系统小组（nsp）的顾问，联合国全球导航卫星系统国际委员会（icg）应用子工作组的联席主席。共发表100余篇技术论文和书籍。

dr. jun shen received his ph.d. degree in computer science from university of waterloo, canada in 1993. he also received an executive mba degree from marshall school of business, university of southern california, usa, in 2000. during the past 35 years, he has been in many key academic, technical and managerial positions in the fields of information technology, satellite telecommunications and satellite navigation. currently, dr. shen is deputy director, international cooperation center of china satellite navigation office (csno). he also works as chief scientist of unistrong science and technology corporation limited, which is one of leading gnss technology companies in china. in addition, he is a joint professor in the school of aeronautics and astronautics of zhejiang university, and a senior advisor for the key technology lab of satellite navigation at shanghai jiaotong university, as well as a guest professor at beihang university and university of electronic science and technology of china (uestc). internationally, dr. shen has been serving in many professional boards, such as an advisor in the icao’s navigation system panel (nsp), the co-chair of the application sub-working group of the un’s international committee of global navigation satellite systems (icg). he has published over 100 technical papers and books.
